Winner x2 at International Property Awards! Our architectural design of Tingstorget, developed in excellent cooperation with Titania and Botkyr Kommun, brought the cup home in two categories: Sustainable Residential Development Sweden and Residential Development 20+ Units Sweden.
Tingstorget located in the Swedish city of Alby, south of Stockholm, focuses on social sustainability by adding to the existing buildings from the 1960s and 1970s. By injecting new life and development into the area, a negative outflow of residents has been turned around and the residents in the area experience a greater sense of safety.
We are proud to have been part of this project, which has truly made a difference.
Last week, Titania received the awards in London. The world's leading programme of excellence recognising excellence in the property industry across the globe since 1995.
