Everllence will consolidate two locations to form a new main location, dubbed ‘The Valley Campus’, in Hedeland, near Roskilde in Denmark. It will house offices, production, logistic facilities, and a social hub featuring an academy. Spanning a 175,000 m² plot, the project will comprise approximately 70,000 m² of gross floor area.

Designed with state-of-the-art facilities for more than 1,500 colleagues, the campus will provide a strong platform for driving innovation and sustainability in the maritime industry, paving the way for a more environmentally friendly future for global shipping. The architecture is inspired by the maritime world – the signature light green of Everllence’s giant two-stroke engines, the galleries of engine rooms, the revolving flywheels, and the durable materials that define the industry. These elements have been translated into a unique architectural concept, where stepping into the new campus provides a clear reference to the maritime and technology-engineering world, yet closely connected to nature and the surrounding society.

We are focused on creating a welcoming campus that supports Everllence’s future growth

The new Valley Campus has set the goal of achieving DGNB Gold. Our approach is to deliver a holistic design balancing economic, technical and social sustainability. The building design is the basis for the DGNB certification and, thus, many evaluations have been made during the tender phase, and overall we consider sustainability to be an inseparable part of the quality of construction

The project is being developed and financed by a joint venture between Everllence and Volkswagen Immobilien, both part of the VW Group. The project is set to be completed in 2028.
