We are happy to share that we have won the competition to develop the attractive and future-oriented residential area of ‘Århusjordet’ located in the Telemark region of Norway.
In collaboration with Dronninga Landskap AS, we are going to create an architectural design that includes a small master plan, a community centre, and 24 mixed housing types that integrate timber as the main material.
The new residential area of ‘Århusjordet’ is designed as a natural extension of the district called‘ Folkestadbyen’. This is among the reasons why our architectural design is inspired by the scale, structure, and density of the existing surroundings of ‘Folkestadbyen.’By creating a variety of housing types and thoughtfully designed spaces, new social meeting spaces and attractions will be created that will benefit the whole city centre.
