Arkitema Prefab is an innovative department within Arkitema; a department which works exclusively to develop innovative architectural building components and construction systems, and which aims to become a leading global developer.

Right now, there is considerable global focus on sustainability. Users demand sustainable buildings which can satisfy their wishes with regard to aesthetics, quality, price and time of delivery. Prefab works with and facilitates this demand via a conscious process of industrialisation. Using prefabricated building components and construction systems, Prefab can help to create better buildings with the accent on sustainability. At the same time, prefabricated elements secure greater predictability in the construction process.

We have constructed prefabricated elements for everything from window systems and banister types to whole single-family houses.

Prefab serves building manufactures, clients as well as contractors. We both develop the latest components and systems, and utilise them in Arkitema's construction projects.
