Staff

Besides its 12 owners, Arkitema employs approximately 230 persons at its studios in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Sweeden and Norway.

The staff's skills are related to the requirements and possibilities drawn up by the company. It is not sufficient for the company to focus only on the qualities of the individual member of staff; we also focus very much on the environment in which the staff member operates.

Besides training, we attempt to integrate learning into the daily work; to include learning in all phases of the project programmes via evaluation, technical and architectural discussions, teamwork, etc. Teams are composed in such a way as to ensure that the skills of individual staff members are both fully utilised and challenged.

The practice's staff members are divided into the following different professional groups: architects, landscape architects, constructing architects, construction managers, construction economists, designers, technical assistants, graphic artists, arts graduates, communications staff and administrative personnel.
