Construction: 2007-8

The development in this area is divided into smaller units, forming separate "villages" in the town. Each unit has its own individual architectural style, thereby achieving a unique identity.

Between the units, the original landscape has been retained, providing lots of fantastic views of Skanderborg Lake. The extensive lawn areas form common open spaces and "playgrounds" for the respective developments.
The general plan has been formulated to emphasise the existing rural elements. Amongst other things, part of the development has been located to emphasise a marked rise in the terrain. A new arrival avenue forms a counterpart to the distinctive Edelsborghegn plantation.

The landscape falls away towards the south. Accordingly, this is where the 5-6 highest tower blocks are located, in the northernmost part of the area, while the development to the south comprises two and three-storey terraced and detached houses.
